
Dr. Gerard Browne, BDS (NUI)
Ger was born in Cork City and qualified from UCC in 1980. He then moved to Essex where he practiced until he joined the Health Board in Clare in 1983, treating patients in nearly every dental clinic in the County. In 1984 he moved into a huge private practice with John Duggan on O’Connell Street, becoming a full partner in 1987. They moved to Woodquay in 1994, when they built the Ennis Dental Health Centre. He and John worked together for over 30 years treating thousands of patients. Ger now specialises in practice management.
Dr Aoife O’Neill BSc (Hons) BDS (Hons), MFD (RCSI).
Aoife graduated with a degree in Dental Surgery from the University of Aberdeen in June 2017, obtaining the gold medal in the best overall clinical proficiency for that year. She then completed one year of dental foundation training in general practice in Newry, Co. Down. While working here she gained invaluable experience in all aspects of general dentistry. She is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons Dublin having gained her MFD qualification. Aoife also has a bachelor degree in Biomedical Science from the National University of Ireland Galway, where she graduated in June 2013. A native of Limerick, she is now returning home to the South West. Her reassuring, open attitude will ensure you are put at ease during your dental treatment. She especially prides herself in treating nervous patients in a friendly and relaxed environment. Aoife also provides Dental Hygiene services to all our patients.
Dr. Paula Kelleher BDS (Hons)
Paula graduated from University College Cork in 2006 with honours. She worked in Edinburgh and later returned home to work in various practices in Ireland. She is a very caring dentist and was nominated for Sensodyne dentist of the year in 2015 and the Colgate Caring Dentist of the Year in 2019. She is constantly updating her knowledge and most recently completed the Tipton PG course in restorative dentistry. She is also qualified in facial aesthetics. Paula is a native of Cork but now lives in Clare. She likes to run, play violin and practice yoga in her spare time.
Dr. Stephen Kelly BA Dent Sc (Hons), MFD RCSI, MSc (Hons), AKC
Stephen graduated with honours from Trinity College Dublin in 2011 and completed vocational dental training in Essex, before moving to Luton & Dunstable Hospital in London and later to Galway University Hospital, as a Senior HO in the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Dept. After working as a General Dentist he became a Member of the Faculty of Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, a Member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain and obtained an MSc in Applied Neuroscience in King’s College London. A native of Co Galway, he is committed to continued professional development and the highest standards in patient care.
Mairead Garry RDH.
Mairead qualified as a Dental Hygienist from the University of Birmingham in 1994. She had previously qualified as a DSA from the Royal London Hospital in 1989 and worked in the Eastman Hospital and Harley Street. Mairead joined us in 1997.- Mary Corry
